| The building housing the hotel and restaurant was built in 1973. In the beginning it contained apartments on its four upper floors. The ground floor was initially occupied by a café-bistrot, whose first landlady, a striking figure in the area, is said to have been inseparable from her parrot, distinguished by its rich and comical vocabulary... |

| The conversion of the apartments into hotel rooms was carried out in 1974. We bought the establishment in 1998 and embarked on a new phase of renovation in 2000. The latest room refurbishments date from 2007 and the restaurant was completely rebuilt in 2009. |
